Happening Now at the R.E.C. Room

Come hang out, play air hockey, ping pong, Xbox Kinect on the big screen.  Use wifi, 2 computers, free snacks, play our resonator guitar, watch movies, listen to music, hang out with friends, and attend one of our upcoming events or activities.

Let us know what kind of activities you would like to see offered at the R.E.C. Room. Current ideas: baking class, film classes, snowboard/skiing dvd debut, local massage therapist visit-spa day, garden group, Heart Math stress test, music lessons, dance lessons, yoga.  Email us to ADVOCATE for events you’d like to see the R.E.C. This class this class will be happening all summer on Fridays from 3:30-5:30!
Digital Music Production classes (FREE!) taught by Homer local, Cody Davidson.  All laptops and recording equipment provided, just bring yourself and an open mind for music.
Every Friday night from 3:30-5:30pm (usually later as the tunes develop!) Stop in to be a part of this on-going, skill building class.

Learn about the health and wellness benefits of the foods you choose as you prepare them!
Learn to cook quick, easy, tasty, teen-friendly foods 
Learn to cook with inexpensive, local, nutritious ingredients
Class Size: 9-12 teenagers, first come first serve, sign-up required
