Sliding scale fees based on monthly income, or Medicaid The suggested donation for lunch meals (60+ yr. of age) is $5.00. If under age 60 the fee is $8.00. Van transportation is $6.24 (per trip within 10 miles of the center). Assisted Living fees vary with level of care. Apartment rental fees vary.

Eligibility Criteria/Fees: Homer and outlying area residents. Visitors and summer residents can obtain cards for a fee. Homer and outlying residents: cards are free. Visitors and summer residents can obtain a 6 month limited privilege card for a $10 fee, or a 6 month family temporary card for a $50 deposit / $40 refundable.
