February Roundtable: How to Set Boundaries

February 9, 2024

Boundaries February 2024 Roundtable (1)

Boundaries are necessary.

Boundaries keep us safe.

Boundaries let others know how we want to be treated.

Boundaries are expectations.

Boundaries are not threats, requests, or demands.

Boundaries are about how we interact with the world around us, how we let that world in, and how we show the world who we are and how we wish to be respected.

Come learn more with us!
